  Log into your student dashboard and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the physical study guides or materials in their original packaging, ensuring they are in new, unmarked condition to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship to Our Facility

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality assurance team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
